What they asked for:
The County’s outsourcing contract was due to expire and the County Commissioner’s decided to re-bid the contract.

Clearview was engaged to act as an advisor to the selection committee. The key services for the RFP were data center operations (mid-range and servers), hardware and software provisioning and maintenance, customer support (Help Desk), problem and change management, network services (voice and data), applications development and maintenance and service levels pertinent to each of these service areas.

What we did for them:
We developed the Scope of Services document (RFP), provided guidance in identifying potential vendors, assisted with the review and analysis of responses and participated in contract negotiations. We were also asked to provide an analysis of in sourcing as an option.
