What they asked for:
As the County's 10-year IT outsourcing contract was due to expire, this public entity wanted improved pricing and service level delivery through a new outsourcing agreement.

Clearview began the RFP procurement process by providing a detailed inventory of the client's hardware and software. This inventory was conducted in 32 locations in an area of 900 square miles. The key services for the RFP were data center operations (mainframe, mid-range and servers), hardware and software provisioning and maintenance, customer support (Help Desk), problem and change management, network services (voice and data), applications development and maintenance, and service levels pertinent to each of these service areas.

What we did for them:
Clearview’s activities included development of the RFP, assistance with managing the bid process, process assistance with the evaluation of proposals, and negotiations of the contract.
