Senior Consultant

Senior consultants with Clearview have responsibilities that include; directing and leading projects, supervision of other staff members, participating as required on assigned engagements, and ensuring that assigned work meets with the client's expectations.

The following key skills are utilized in many of our projects; excellent oral and written communication, frequent high level client contact, profit and loss management for assigned engagements, thorough understanding of outsourcing services, negotiation with suppliers of service, and the ability to transform technical and business issues into formal communication tools such as service level agreements and other agreement forms.

Our senior staff has as least fifteen years of working experience, undergraduate degrees in technology or related fields, with several having advanced degrees.

Consultant

Our staff consulting roles are designed, primarily, to assist senior staff members in their execution of daily tasks.

Core skills include; ability to work independently with clients, good project management disciplines, deliverables oriented, a good understanding of technology services - especially in an outsourcing environment, and excellent oral and written communications.

Our staff consultants have as least five years of working experience, undergraduate degrees in technology or related fields, with several having advanced degrees.
