Jay Looney
Founding Partner (Sourcing Advisory consulting and ITO delivery services)
Mr. Looney began his career in 1982 in computer operations and systems programming. Prior to forming Clearview in 1996, he held positions in executive management, direct sales, sales support, and systems integration consulting with both EDS and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Certain of those responsibilities included directing multi-million dollar outsourcing agreements and systems integration projects. This practical experience provided him with an in-depth understanding of customer service and the operational practices required to deliver a consistent, quality service, as well as building and maintaining effective business relationships. He has designed and negotiated several billion dollars of outsourcing agreements, including both information technology (infrastructure and applications) and business process. He is a frequent speaker on outsourcing practices and IT services management and has authored several papers regarding the same.
Clay Hill

Mr. Hill, one of the founders of Clearview, provides decades of outsourcing experience and leadership to Clearview. Mr. Hill is an expert at identifying client's needs and applying his expertise by developing creative business solutions. Previously, Mr. Hill held positions in executive management, direct sales, sales support, and customer account management at some of the largest outsourcing and IT services companies in the industry. Under Mr. Hill's reign as Vice President of ACS, Mr. Hill's sales force consistently exceeded their quota three times over. As Global Manager for Platinum Technology Software, Mr. Hill was one of the top sales managers with Exxon as his client. At a very young age, Mr. Hill mastered his understanding of outsourcing at Power Computing. Mr. Hill has applied his vast experience by providing business strategies for solving companies' needs that are global in nature. His scope of service expands internationally including Europe, Asia, Canada, Mexico, India and Australia. He has also developed new sales strategy approaches to penetrate untapped markets. Mr. Hill's depth of knowledge and vision make him a vital part of Clearview's past, present and future.
Ron Williams
Partner (Client Advisory & Consulting Services)
Mr. Williams is the managing director of Clearview's Consulting Services Line of Business; focusing on Business and IT Strategy, Business Process Improvement, and applications selection, implementation, and integration. As the lead strategist, he co-developed the IT outsourcing "go to market" plan for both MCI Systemhouse and Bell Atlantic Business Systems Services. Mr. Williams has extensive call center, data center, and infrastructure management experience. During the past 15 years he has become a thought leader in the area of applying business and IT integration to CRM, ERP, SCM and EIP. He has developed proven and effective models for justifying ROI through business case development and internal executive sales strategy development.
Jay Battershell

Mr. Battershell has been providing Managed Services to global businesses for over 15 years. As a senior executive at Clearview, Accenture, LSG Sky Chefs and Uniden, Mr. Battershell has demonstrated successful leadership of IT organizations and IT outsourcing teams in the delivery of business results while continuing to decrease the total cost of ownership for IT. He has provided IT leadership and services for businesses of various scope, size and maturity from startups to Fortune 500 firms and has held key roles in sales, planning and delivery of vital business solutions (including ERP, supply chain, back office, and B2B) and the transformation of business functions through organization change, governance and strategic alignment, and sourcing solutions.
Rich Ellingson
Managing Director
Mr. Ellingson leads Clearview's State and Local Government Consulting Practice, focusing on strategic consulting, outsourcing analysis, service level agreements, and complex systems implementations. As a Senior Director with one of the world's largest utility outsourcing providers, Mr. Ellingson was instrumental in building the business, establishing operational practices and procedures, developing governance models and service level agreements, devising unique and creative approaches to pricing and negotiating over $1 billion in operational contracts. He has extensive Information Technology experience in senior leadership roles, directing the Information Technology activities of a multi-billion dollar pipeline and energy company. He has managed or overseen the implementation of dozens of highly complex enterprise-wide systems. He has extensive experience in financial analysis, and has developed business cases and ROI studies for many projects spanning several industries. Mr. Ellingson is a frequent speaker on the topic of outsourcing and Information Technology cost reduction strategies.
Scott Trimble, CISA
Senior Consultant (Government Practice Lead)
Mr. Trimble brings over twenty-seven years of professional IT experience, including eleven years of technical and business operations responsibilities for a major outsourcing company, as well as consulting experience in the public, travel, manufacturing, hospitality/food service and retail services industries for both applications development/maintenance and infrastructure services. Recently, Mr. Trimble has acquired the designation of Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) to enhance his many years of audit-related projects. The breadth of Mr. Trimble's engagements include: business case development, performance audit and remedial negotiations within existing outsourced relationships, procurement management, contract negotiations and transition management. Certain of his responsibilities include supporting his clients through the transition as well as ongoing management of the outsourcing relationship.
Josh Buis

Mr. Buis began his career at IBM, where he cut his teeth in the IT Outsourcing world. Following that, he served time at Yahoo! Broadcast growing their corporate webcasting business. He then spent over six years at AT&T/SBC representing their Data Center Hosting portfolio and was instrumental in the success of that business line bringing their facilities to capacity. He brings a strong discipline to Clearview Managed Services surrounding managed services and IT/Facilities Outsourcing.
Paul Jasina
Senior Consultant (Infrastructure Design and Implementation)
Mr. Jasina has built an extensive professional background and brings a broad range of technical infrastructure skills. His expertise includes designing and implementing network infrastructures, performing IT and facility assessments, auditing and reviewing network infrastructure and technology facility infrastructure designs, supporting clientele through technology upgrades, migrations, and problems, he provides network infrastructure operations and performance analysis, testing and analyzing network electronics and structured cabling systems, developing enhanced analysis report documents, recommending corrective actions for discovered network issues, correlating cost of network performance issues to loss of revenue, assisting clientele in developing policies and procedures according to industry standards, managing client engagements and project timelines, and developing relationships with distributors, cabling contractors, design consultancies, and manufacturing entities. Mr. Jasina maintains Cisco engineering certifications.
Deidra Holcomb
Practice Leader (Change Management)
Deidra Holcomb serves as the practice leader for Clearview's Change Management Services. Ms. Holcomb has more than 16 years of business and consulting experience, leading global change management strategies. This practical experience provides her with the necessary skills to create and execute successful change management programs and business improvements through human resource management, organizational development, business analysis and effective communication. All combine to help her with our clients to realize the full benefits of changes in technology and business practices. Her clients have included both public and private sectors. Her key industries include federal government, manufacturing, telecommunications, utilities, automotive and defense.
David Tordoff
Compliance and Contracts Officer
Mr. Tordoff has been in the Information Technology Industries for over 30 years performing in the areas of Outsourcing, Marketing, Business Development, Logistics and Service. He is an accomplished professional in international and domestic commercial and consumer products and services. Mr. Tordoff has an extensive business and development background in solution crafting. He is adept at developing and delivering technology solutions and services to both Private and Public sectors. His experiences include strategic business development with expertise in market analysis, business development, outsourcing and corporate and product branding. He is highly experienced in concept development, contract authorship and negotiations and business process development. Since joining Clearview he has been instrumental in the delivery of outsourcing fulfillment and business assessments with clients in manufacturing, telecommunications, travel and e-business.
Adam Cox
Senior Consultant
Mr. Cox has extensive experience in process engineering, requirements analysis and quality assurance. Over the last several years he has developed proven and effective methods for process mapping, data collection and analysis, requirements mapping, test planning and test case creation; as well as, data and database mapping. He has vast experience in business process development, reengineering, workflow analysis, and customer relationship management systems. Mr. Cox is proficient in a variety of applications, including but not limited to SAP, Workplace, Tea Leaf and Siebel 2000. Mr. Cox's expertise in telecommunications, computer technology, and energy industries spans both nationally and internationally.
Dave Landry
Senior Consultant
Mr. Landry has served in diverse technology executive management, consulting leadership, sales, sales management and sales training positions over the past thirty-nine years of his professional career prior to joining Clearview. In his most recent assignment as CIO of Verizon Information Services for thirteen years, he was responsible for consolidating over 60 systems and six datacenters onto a common strategic platform and integrating the IT organizations of the pre-merger entities of Nynex, Bell Atlantic and GTE. During this period, while accomplishing over 50% reduction in technology management costs, he led the IT organization to achieve multiple ISO 9000 certifications and delivered the systems required for functional organizations to achieve their committed 25% synergy targets. Mr. Landry was recognized as CIO of the year in 2002 for these accomplishments by the D/FW Chapter Society of Information Management (SIM), an international professional organization of technology management leaders. In his previous assignments, Mr. Landry served ten years as Director of the Coopers & Lybrand Decision Support and Media Industry Practice and twelve years in technology sales, sales management and sales training with IBM.
Craig Nosal
Senior Consultant
Dr. Nosal brings over 34 years of professional experience in the information technology area. He has been Director of Outsourcing for Dex Media, as well as the Program Director for their Keystone Project. Dex Media was recognized as a top 100 company by CIO Magazine for the accomplishments of the Keystone Program led by Craig. Prior to Dex Media, Craig spent 9 years as Executive Director of Information Technology for Verizon Information Services. In this role he planned and directed the program to consolidate the existing systems from Bell Atlantic, NYNEX, and GTE into single systems. He also led the business in the design of common business processes. This effort enabled the company to realize their expected synergy savings from the merger to over $200 million. Craig was also the acting CIO for Otis Engineering Corporation, a major oil field services subsidiary of Halliburton Company.
Ronnie Sebren
Senior Consultant
Mr. Sebren has over ten years of business continuity and disaster recovery consulting experience, assisting organizations with both strategic development and tactical implementation of IT and infrastructure initiatives. His work includes assessing levels of investment and determining capabilities and ROIs. He has worked extensively in the area of network and infrastructure analysis to identify requirements and develop capabilities for a variety of projects including refresh, redesign and physical relocation. In addition, Mr. Sebren possesses vast knowledge in the development of risk profiles, having conducted over 200 physical and technical risk assessments to evaluate facilities for telecommunications and data center operations for both site selection and risk mitigation efforts. Mr. Sebren has an active security clearance and has worked for the Federal government and major service providers in the financial, telecommunications, retail, and healthcare industries. Mr. Sebren holds a BBA in Strategic Management with a CBCP certification and is furthering his education by pursuing graduate studies for an MBA in Project Management.
Dennis Deragisch
Senior Consultant
Mr. Deragisch began his career in 1975 as an information technology programmer. Prior to joining Clearview in 2005, he held several executive management positions with Verizon Communications. Most recently he directed the information technology operations organization including data center, systems support and voice and data infrastructure with delivery results measured against defined service levels. ISO9002:2002 data center certification was attained under his guidance. While with the commercial outsourcing division of Verizon, he had operational management responsibilities for outsourcing contracts.
Garry Jennings
Director, Data Center Operations
Mr. Jennings has over thirty years of I.T. experience. Garry has had successful leadership positions for Clearview Data Center Operations, Federal government Space and Aeronautics research, development projects and operations management for U.S. Space Satellite Operations. Garry has directed the strategic planning and implementation of all facets of I.T. solutions including roles as a senior systems analyst and project manager. Mr. Jennings has demonstrated successful leadership of projects of various scope and size while employed by Clearview and Fortune 500 firms which have included strategic business solutions development and implementation, process change management, MRP, ERP, supply chain, back office, disaster recovery planning and support, high availability systems planning and worldwide infrastructure operations.
